At Noctyre, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly replace or refund items if:

• 📦 Your order arrives damaged.
• ❌ You receive the wrong item.
• 🖨️ Your product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

Sizing

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.
